　　Usage: Samples of suspected infection sites in clinical practice can be cultured with L-type bacteria, such as blood, urine, respiratory and lung lavage fluid, deep sputum, secretions from the cavity, and pleural and ascites.

　　Culture characteristics: high osmotic pressure medium, high nutrient content, can detect "L" aerobic bacteria, anaerobic bacteria, facultative anaerobic bacteria in the sample.

　　Clinical significance: On the basis of the current plate culture, increase the hypertonic culture of L-type bacteria, which is conducive to improving the detection rate of clinical pathogenic bacteria and avoiding the missed detection of L-type bacteria, especially for hospitalized patients in clinical urology department, ICU, infection department, and patients with long-term lung infection.
